general information for subscribers and single ticket holders
Tickets
General tickets for mainstage productions are $23.00. Seniors (60+), Students (with a valid ID) & children twelve & under: $18.00. Children
No children under 5 years of age are admitted to indoor mainstage productions. Young children are encouraged to attend Young Actors Conservatory productions!
Single Ticket Exchange and Refund Policy
Tickets may be exchanged with 24 hours notice within the regularly scheduled run of the production. Tickets may not be exchanged from one production to another or into extension performances. There are no refunds for single tickets purchased over the phone, at the box office, or over the internet.
Subscriber Ticket Exchanges
Subscription Tickets are both exchangeable and transferable. Tickets may be exchanged or transferred up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance date. Tickets may not be exchanged from one production to another or into extension performances.
Late Arrivals
Performances begin on time. If you do not arrive on time, and you do not notify us that you are running late, we reserve to right to release your tickets.
Accessibility Services
The theater is wheelchair accessible. Please call the box office at (707) 823-0177 in advance to request wheelchair seating.
Cancellation Policy
In the rare case of a cancellation, the Rep will offer the ticket holder a refund or exchange.
