Sharon has directed five productions for the Rep: Arms and the Man, Night of the Iguana, Betrayal, Humble Boy, and Long Day’s Journey into Night. She holds an M.F.A. in Acting from UC Davis and currently free-lances as a director, actor, dialect coach, and acting teacher. Additional directing credits include My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra, Quilters, A Comedy of Errors, The Woolgatherer, Over the River and Through the Woods, Museum, and Our Country’s Good. As an actor, Sharon has performed with The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, Sacramento Theatre Company, The Sierra Shakespeare Festival, Foothill Theatre Company and Maxim Gorky Theatre of Vladivostok, Far Eastern Russia. She makes her home in Nevada City, California.
